Shelf Life Spod Mix

Spod Mix contains - Ruby Maize, Maple Peas, Red Dari, Flint Mazie, White Dari, Blue & White Peas and Himalayan Rock Salt.

The above may vary depending on what we have available to us at the time.

All of our particles are soaked between 48-72 hours and then cooked, at the end of the cooking process we add Himalayan Rock Salt and then it's left for a further 24 hours to soak before we drain and vacuum pack.  We then put them into 2kg bags..

These particles are shelf life and will last up to 3 months if kept in a cool dark place, once opened use within 3 days or freeze.

This is the equivalent that would fill a 3ltr container.

All particles are sent 48hr tracked, Monday-Thursday.
